Over time, mental fatigue, procrastination, or scattered focus can affect not only the quality of your work, but also your self-confidence and relationships.
The aim of the individual consultation is to help you regain control over your attention through structured, scientifically grounded methods. The process always starts from your current life situation: we map the patterns behind your concentration difficulties, the characteristics of your energy management, as well as your work organization and mental habits.
In our work together, you will not receive “quick fixes,” but sustainable, long-term strategies that can be integrated into your daily functioning. You will learn to identify the factors that undermine your attention, manage your mental capacity more consciously, and create systems that support deep, focused work.
The consultations take place online, in Hungarian or English. The first 50-minute session is offered at a discounted fee of HUF 9,990, providing an opportunity for us to get to know each other and define the direction of our work together. Subsequent sessions are HUF 20,000 per 50 minutes.
