Focus is the new superpower – develop it with me!

Who am I?

My name is Lilla Pintér, PhD in Linguistics, competence development trainer, and founder of Jobban figyelni (“Paying Attention Better”). I consider it my vocation to help adults manage their attention more consciously—because concentration is not an innate trait, but a skill that can be developed.

For more than ten years, I have been working in adult education: I teach in university settings in both Hungarian and English, deliver training programs, and develop educational materials. My fifteen years in academia have strengthened my conviction that only well-founded, verified knowledge is worth building upon. It is not enough for something to seem logical—it must also be demonstrably sound.

The functioning of attention has long been at the center of my professional interest. I observe that in today’s environment it is increasingly difficult to maintain mental focus, which over time can lead to exhaustion, procrastination, and a loss of self-confidence. In my work, I support individuals and organizations in understanding their own patterns of operation and in creating systems that foster deep work and a more balanced way of living.

All content published on the Jobban figyelni platforms is written by me personally, and I always provide references for the sources I use. I believe that credible knowledge, combined with practical tools that can be applied in everyday life, can bring about meaningful change—both in professional contexts and in human relationships.
